Benešov u Semil is located in a valley of the Jizera River, on the southern slope of Benešovský vrch, 567m.

Bozkov is located around 5km north of Semily, east of Železný Brod.

Bystrá nad Jizerou is located east of Semily at the elevation of 468m.

Čtveřín is located around 5km north-west of Turnov. It consists of two settlements - Čtveřín and Doubí. The northern part of the village ends at a chalet site near Sychrov Castle.

Frýdštejn is located between Jablonec nad Nisou and Turnov. It lies in the picturesque countryside of Český ráj, above the right bank of the Jizera River.

Háje nad Jizerou is located east of Semily, approximately in the middle of the road to Jilemnice. It extends in the valley of the Jizera.

Chuchelna is located close to Semily at an elevation of 385m, on the north-east slope of Kozákov.

Jenišovice is located around 5km north-east of Turnov, near the road leading from Liberec to Jičín.

Jesenný is located in the north of Český ráj, on the left bank of the Kamenice, at an elevation up to 616m. It has two parts - Jesenný and Bohuňovsko. There is a train stop in Bohuňovsko.

Klokočí is located at the foot of Klokočské skály, around 7km east of Turnov.
